We ship every order with care because we know what's inside matters. Below is everything you need to know about how, when, and where your Worthy Woman order will arrive.


Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.


Free shipping

Free standard shipping is included on every U.S. order, every time. No minimum, no code required. It's our way of saying thank you for choosing the Worthy Woman.


Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from our U.S. fulfillment center. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate tracking email as soon as your order ships.


Shipping time

Once your order ships, standard delivery typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Pre-orders and pre-release editions

Pre-order and limited pre-release editions ship on the date listed on the product page at the time of purchase.

If the ship date changes, we'll notify you by email as soon as we know. Production timelines for printed products can shift by 1 to 3 weeks, and we appreciate your patience as we make sure every planner meets our quality standards before it leaves our warehouse.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, email admin@amyramsey.com as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address.

We can update your address only if your order has not yet been processed by our fulfillment team. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.


Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look for a delivery notice from the carrier
  3. Wait 48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered before they actually arrive
  4. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  5. If you still can't locate it after 48 hours, email admin@amyramsey.com and we'll do our best to help

For high-value orders, we recommend requesting signature confirmation or shipping to a secure address where someone can receive the package.


Damaged in shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please email admin@amyramsey.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the shipping packaging

We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.


Holiday shipping

During peak holiday seasons (November and December), processing times may extend to 3 to 5 business days due to high order volume. We recommend ordering by December 10 to receive your order before Christmas.
