We want every woman who walks through our doors to feel confident in her purchase. Below is everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and exchanges across our product line.
The 30-Day Worthy Woman Guarantee
We stand behind the Worthy Woman Planner with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the planner doesn't help you make meaningful progress toward your goals, dreams, or what God has called you to in your next 90 days, we'll refund your purchase. No questions asked beyond a quick check that you actually used it.
To qualify for the guarantee:
- Submit your request within 30 days of your delivery date
- Email admin@amyramsey.com with your order number and a brief note about why it wasn't a fit
- Return the planner to the address provided by our team
What we ask in return:
We ask that you actually use the planner before requesting a refund. The Worthy Woman Planner is designed for the woman who's ready to do the work. If you haven't opened it or written in it at all, we'd rather help you get started than refund you. Reach out and we'll point you to the right place.
Refund processing:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned planner. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
This guarantee applies to the standalone planner only. AccelerateHer is backed by a separate Heartfelt Guarantee outlined in its program terms.

After 30 days, because each planner is a personal tool meant to be written in, prayed over, and made your own, we are unable to accept returns or refunds.
Damaged in shipping
If your planner arrives damaged or defective, please email us at admin@amyramsey.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the shipping packaging
We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
Wrong item received
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Lost in transit
If your tracking shows your order as lost or it has been more than 14 business days since shipment with no movement, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.
Digital products, downloads, and online courses
Due to the immediate access and digital nature of these products, all sales of digital products, downloadable resources, and self-paced courses are final and non-refundable.
This includes:
- The Worthy Woman Toolkit (digital trainings and bonus tools)
- Standalone digital courses, mini-courses, and downloads
- Bonus vault items delivered digitally
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, email admin@amyramsey.com and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
The 90-Day AccelerateHer coaching program
AccelerateHer is backed by our Heartfelt Guarantee.
If you fully participate in the program, complete your weekly check-ins, attend the coaching calls, and engage with the work, and you still don't feel like you've made meaningful progress, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the program's completion.
To qualify for the AccelerateHer refund, you must:
- Submit your completed weekly check-ins
- Attend or watch the recordings of all live coaching calls
- Complete the required workbook exercises
- Submit your refund request in writing within 14 days of the final program week
Refund requests for AccelerateHer must be submitted to admin@amyramsey.com with documentation of your participation.

Pre-orders and pre-release editions
Pre-order and limited pre-release editions are processed immediately. Once your pre-order has been placed:
- It cannot be cancelled once production has begun
- It cannot be refunded once shipped
- Estimated ship dates are estimates and may vary by 1 to 3 weeks
If your pre-order has not yet entered production, you may request a cancellation by emailing admin@amyramsey.com within 7 days of your purchase.
How to start a return or refund request
To request a return, replacement, or refund, email admin@amyramsey.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your request
- Photos (if applicable)
Our team will respond within 2 business days.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement.
